Play Areas

There are two playing fields and playgrounds in the village - Station Road and Thorndale Street. Both are maintained by the Parish Council and inspected for safety on a regular basis. 

The Parish Council has a policy for use of the playing fields for sports events, villages fetes or charity events. Permission is required by the Parish Council for these events to take place.

Please read the Use of Playing Fields Policy prior to making a request to use the fields.
